You do a lot of great things here, such as rewarding ad monetization, sts style combat and exploration, giving the user plenty of info, crafting new jobs, and more still. As for some criticism, I think the combat UI is a little messy and pressing the small buttons for use ability/discard is a bit cumbersome, the quest UI is slow to respond, and it would be nice to have some story/lore/setting.
